I liked the shape and sound of the original honey mustard potatoes 
power, and even tried as he made. But even though I appreciate 
mid-week easy use of prepared frozen potatoes, I had never found any 
that are fat-free. Therefore, in the mood of adjustment, the desire to trial

Blue Potatoes - Honey Mustard Salad

10 servings

Adapted from internet transmission. Replace the blue potatoes and 
Red pepper. It included a fried step for vegetables.

3 pounds of blue potatoes, a quarter, then half of them
1 each green bell pepper, diced
1 each red pepper, diced
1/2 each large red onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup mustard (yellow)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, (for dislocation)

2 tablespoons water, (to fry)
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, (to fry)

Prepare the potatoes by sheltering the length of wisdom, then half quarters.
Boil for about 15 minutes. Drain and return to the stove to the cooked potatoes dry.
While the potatoes are cooking, even tender onions and peppers are cooked.
Combine honey, mustard, apple cider vinegar and spices, mix well. 
Mix potatoes, vegetables, dressing together, and serving hot or cold for 
Summer salad.
